Since it's inception, True Systems has developed multiple applications for the Construction Industry, worked with Government Contractors and Federal Agencies and has increased efficiency and profits for the customers they serve.
Steve Truesdale, President & CEO
Steve incorporated True Systems, Inc. in 1994 with a vision of making I. T. services available to customers without limitation. Since 1994,, Steve has taken the lead in the the technical direction and product functionality and enhancements of the products delivered. . He has consulted for 1000's of Customers and takes a hands on approach to helping Customers formulate their process flow. For eight years, Steve was a key developer for Deltek Systems, Inc, a job cost accounting and project oriented software application. Steve worked for Ryland Homes after completing his Finance and Computer Science Degree from Frostburg University.
William Clinton, Vice President Customer Service
Bill co-founded True Systems and is responsible working with customers on the process related functions and features of True Systems products. Bill assists each customers in their business process setup of BuildTrak and WorkTrak. Bill tackles technical issues as well as implementation procedures and has a hands on personalized approach with all customers. Bill previously held Operation positions at both Ceridian Employer Services and IBM
Don Craft, Director, Implementation Services
Don joined True Systems in January 2002 to manage software Implementations and to provide a value add to companies in need of accounting and reporting expertise. Don has over 20 years Job Cost Accounting experience and served as Vice President of Customer Service at Deltek Systems. Don also works closely with Real Estate Agents and in the process of selling new homes and options.
Becky Truesdale, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Becky joined True Systems in January 2001 and is responsible for sales and business development activities. Becky has over 20 years consultative selling experience and primarily works with Builders, Design Centers and Contractors in defining their business needs. She previously spent several years as Director of Sales for Deltek Systems and prior to this she held marketing positions with Canon/Faulkner, an Architecture & Engineering firm and also a large DC based Land Development and Property Management Firm. Becky holds a Business and Marketing Degree from St. Bonaventure University.
